Guided by the Michiana Unit of the Herb Society of America and Raw Oats Eco-friendly Goods, this program will delve into the process and use of tinctures and how they can be transformed into wearable fragrances. You’ll take home a personalized scent of your own creation, housed in a vintage perfume bottle of your choosing.
