Enliven your garden, along with your taste buds, in February at our Edible Horticulture event! Featuring presentations on foraging wild mushrooms from a state certified expert, grocery store botany, heirloom tomatoes, deciphering food labels, and baking with vanilla. Multiple local businesses will also be on hand to showcase their knowledge, products and services. As you enjoy your lunch prepared by Chef Tim, you can also participate in our seed exchange. You may bring your own seeds, or use the free package of organic seeds provided to each attendee upon arrival at Fernwood.
