Class Details
Flower essences are a unique and valuable tool to add to our medicine cabinets that have nearly 100 years of documented successful use. They are proven to reduce stress and improve sleep and present numerous benefits to our growth and wellbeing. While they are often unheard of in the US, they are used in hospitals and pharmacies throughout the world and are rapidly growing in popularity.
In this class you will learn what flower essences are and what they are not, how they differ from herbs/essential oils, how they work, how they are used, their history, and more! In addition, you will discover how these essences are made, and go outdoors into the garden to create your own to take home!
Be prepared to spend some time outside, and bring a notebook/journal to take notes and document insights while creating your essence.
